"No, No, no no!"
Anna turned around to see Riku rising off of the table, his face still pale with pain but looking much better than when he had first come in. However, he was also moving around a lot and she had only just put the cast on.
Rushing over from where she had been taking off her gloves and throwing them away, she hastily pushed him back down on the table before inspecting the cast for any damage his movements might have caused. She let out a sigh when her blue eyes could find nothing wrong before frowning, her expressing turning slightly pouty.
"Riku, I told you to STAY STILL! You can't move from this table until the cast is dry, otherwise it could just fall off or dry the wrong way."

Riku paused as Anna looked at him and started yelling 'no' over and over. He sighed as she pushed him back onto the table and rubbed his face with his good hand. "Anna, I'm tired he whined. "And I still have to go try and locate the robber. I just really have to finish the job. The poor lady...you should have seen her face. She's depending on me" But he sat still, though his eyes plead with Anna to let him off the table so he could properly do his job.

"You asked me to fix your arm for you even though I didn't want to AND I had other work I needed to get done."
Anna motioned over to the table where the corpse she had been working on still sat, covered in a clean white seat but still visibly human through it. She gave him a look which said it all.
"I might not be a doctor but you still need to listen to my orders. And my orders are don't move from this spot until that cast has set. Otherwise you're gonna end up going to the hospital anyways."

Riku leaned back from the look and sighed. She was right. He owed her quite a bit and he supposed thirty more minutes was the least of it. "You're right. I'm sorry Anna. I'm not thinking straight" He ran his good hand through his hair and swung his legs back and forth as he sat. "What sort of music do you listen to?" he asked, trying to start up a conversation to get him through the thirty minutes faster.

"Take a listen and hear for yourself."
With that, Anna went to one of the drawers and pulled it open before extracting a CD player and earbuds from its contents. She turned around and placed them on the table where Riku sat, hoping it and the rubber ducky would be enough to keep him occupied until his cast had finished setting.
"Go ahead and jam out to my own personal selection. Just don't try and do any candle waving or thriller moves with your one arm, ok? And let me finish my session with Mr. Gardou."
With that said, Anna finally returned to the corpse she had been working withand resumed her examination of the body.

Riku stretched his hand out for the CD player and earbuds. He had a time struggling with putting the earbuds in with one hand but managed it after a minute or so. He pressed the buttons and listened to the music with his eyes closed. "So, what did Mr. Gardou die from then?" he asked after a few minutes.

"Don't know yet, but I'm gonna find out!"
With that, Anna took the bone saw back in hand, flipped down her visor, and got to work on finishing her autopsy. If Riku was averse to the idea of being present for the medical examination of a dead body, she didn't pause to find out. Besides, even if he did he could just turn and look away while the music drowned out any...unpleasant sounds.
Soon enough, she had the man's chest cavity open and began the process of removing each organ properly, examining it, weighing it and then returning it once more to the body, all while humming softly to herself in an upbeat tune. This went on for about 20 minutes before she began to speak again to Riku.
"Well, looks like our victim here died of a manually induced embolism of his pulmonary artery. Pretty clever of the murderer to try and make it look like he had a myocardial infarction."
Anna looked up at Riku and then realized that this last part had probably gone over his head and amended herself.
"Sorry, a heart attack."
