Cheeks flushed pink. Wally wasn't normally embarrassed by his heroic actions. However, he never really had a girl like Eve to put it so...maturely and lady-like. Most people if they even saw him, would cheer or wonder what he was gaining from these actions. He turned his gaze to Eve, still feeling like there was a very familiar and calming aura around her.
"I suppose you could say that." he said with a toothy grin. "I figured I should use this power for good, and protect the innocent. The police are doing all they can but they need extra hands, weather they realize it or not."

"That's very selfless of you, and brave too. I don't think I know anyone who would take such a risk for someone they didn't even know."
'Eve' walked at a steady pace arm in arm with the boy, smiling softly at him and only too aware of how fully he had fallen prey to her charms. Yes, she had played the part so well and now she would feast well on this boy's energy. His life force would nourish her and give her strength but she wasn't as yet certain if she wished to drain the boy completely or only take what she needed.
In this city where Others were just as common as humans and where the BPD knew how to track down Demons, she had to pick her targets carefully. If she left someone alive all she needed to do was take their wallet to make it look like a robbery when they awoke, but if she drained them she had to make sure they wouldn't be missed.
The fact that this 'Kid Flash' was a masked vigilante made it more difficult to judge how she wanted to proceed. If he was a nobody he wouldn't be missed, but if his alter ego was someone well-known and loved it could create problems.
All of this played through her mind silently as she walked with her arm looped through his down the cracked sidewalk. Soon enough they were in hailing distance of the hotel she was 'staying at.' She paused a block away and turned to look at Kid Flash once more, looking uncertain.
"Thank you so much for all you have done for me. I feel I should pay you back for your kindness but.... I don't know how."

The hero looked at the woman in concern. He hadn't really expected someone to actually offer something in return for his good deeds. If his mom was still around he would have asked for a bit of support. His mom hadn't had it easy. Money and fame were great. He would have gladly asked for some cash. Despite being a hero, he still needed to earn some money to live the way he had. Still, he didn't want the woman to feel guilty about not rewarding him for his heroic deeds.
"Gosh Miss Eve, I just wanted to be sure you were safe. I would have done it for anyone. I would hate to see a beauty like yourself feel like you had to owe me something." He said, but then thought for a moment. "You can just let others know if they are in trouble they can rely on me, Kid Flash. A hero to all!"
His eyes brightened a bit. "If you feel obligated though, maybe we can get a bite though. This power of mine burns a lot of energy and I tend to get hungry very fast."

"Yes, hungry. Of course."
Lilith smiled at Kid Flash warmly, the young man so completely unaware that she was hungry too....
"Perhaps there is somewhere close by we could stop for a bite to eat. I perhaps I could give you one other thing to pay you for your kindness...."
At this, she let a blush pass over her pale cheeks and took a step closer to the self-styled 'hero.' Now there was only the smallest of spaces between them as she turned her large, entrancing eyes up to him and spoke in a small voice, the blush growing on her face.
"A kiss."

A kiss? Wally blinked, almost in disbelief. Was she serious? That had to be a joke. Normally he was the one who teased at the idea of kissing. But he always knew that he would have been turned down. It didn't look like Eve was lying though. That was a change. It seemed innocent enough, maybe a small peck on the cheek would be enough.
"Uh, I mean if you really think that that would be enough. I won't say no." he said, feeling his cheeks heat up slightly at the idea.

"Yes, I think it would."
Lilith said this almost as a whisper as she stared into Kid Flash's eyes, leaning forward slowly with the smallest of smiles on her lips. She made as if to kiss him on the cheek just next to his mouth, her large and hypnotic eyes never once leaving his. However, at the very last moment she moved so that her kiss landed lightly on his lips.
As soon as her mouth touched his, her hands suddenly came forward and grabbed onto the young man with a strength that didn't match the petite and slender woman. At the same moment, her eyes began to change and the smile still present on her face changed.....
Immediately she inhaled and something white, almost mist-like began to pour out of Kid Flash and into her. She was beginning to feed on his life force....

The hero was still a bit surprised that she was offering a kiss to him but it seemed now he didn't have a choice. It was her strength that surprised him next, it was nothing like he remembered, and it certainly didn't match her delicate state. Had he misunderstood and misjudged. Maybe it was just something off in the air but he felt tired and was he seeing something white? Was that possible?
He tried to pull away from her. Just to figure out what in the world was going on? Who was this woman?

Lilith felt Kid Flash try to pull away from her and immediately her hold on him grew stronger, her fingers sinking into his upper arms as she held him and continued to feed.
Now there was nothing sweet and demure in her eyes, but something demonic. As the white substance that was his very life continued to pour into her mouth, she received flashes and images from his past. The briefest flickers of memories and feelings passed through her and she savored the taste of it all.
As she sated her appetite, she closed her eyes to better enjoy the memories and sensations unfolding before her and for the briefest of moments her grip on Kid Flash's shoulders slackened.

What was the matter with this woman? Was she one of the dangerous creatures that many people here were afraid of. Based on the scary expression her face, it was enough to make him realize that he had been stupid. Something that he didn't want to admit. He felt the grip on his shoulders slacken a bit, and he managed to pull away enough to put some distance between the two.
He felt a bit dizzy though as he did so. What had she done to him? This wasn't like something he had seen or felt before from other people he had put behind bars. "What- in the world are you?!" he asked.

One moment, she had been feeding freely on the foolish 'hero' but in the next moment she felt him push sharply against her and lost her grip on him. Immediately, her violet eyes sprang back open and she saw that Kid Flash had managed to put a fair bit of distance between the two of them, his green eyes looking at her in horror and confusion. It was also clear he was quite dizzy but she had witnessed his speed only a short time ago and knew that, even in a weakened state, she wouldn't be able to catch him again.
While it annoyed her greatly to not finish her meal, she had fed enough to know all she needed to about this boy. Smiling a dangerously sweet smile, she spoke in a playful voice.
"What am I? Why, I'm whoever you want me to be."
And with that, her form immediately began to change, taking on the shape of all the females that she had glimpsed in the flow of his life force. But despite each different shape she took on, the horribly mocking smile showed on each and every one of their faces.

His eyes widened as he watched her change into people from his past. People he had once either saved or failed to save. There were a few friends in there too. His fist clenched. Thankfully, he was at least able to run if she tried to get close but the idea of watching her do this made him angry.
"You have no right to change into them, you monster!" he growled. "They are not toys!"
Oh, he had the urge to punch her. Punch her so hard until she returned to where she came from. He wanted information though, warn others about this woman and where she came from. Part of him didn't want to admit that he didn't want to hit a woman either. No matter how evil.

Lilith's grin only widened at the young man's words, her form continuing to flicker between the different females in his life. She could see his body shaking despite the distance separating them and she could tell how badly he wanted to strike her. Yet he hesitated. And it made her laugh.
"What? You want to hit a woman? Now didn't your mother raise you better then that, Wally West?"
The grin that spread across her face as she said his name was like that of a shark just before it delivers the killing bite. Yes, despite the pathetic little disguise he wore, she knew who he was. Her taste of his life force had told her that and much more, even if she hadn't been able to drain him like she wanted to.

Wally's eyes widened in a bit of confusion and anger. How did she know his name? What had she taken from him? He stepped back a few feet. His green eyes narrowed sharply. "You shut your mouth!" he growled, "Don't you dare talk about her!" Anger was rising, if it wasn't for the fact that she was a woman, he would have beaten her unconscious.

"Or you'll do what?"
Lilith's question was amused but also held a trace of honest curiosity. This boy wasn't unblemished, his innocence completely intact. However, he was far from being completely corrupted either.
"Will you threaten me? Beat me to teach me a lesson? Or will you simply kill me?"
Her face had grown solemn as she spoke, but she couldn't help and laugh as the last words left her lips. Around her frame, an almost mist-like substance lingered and made her whole body glow unnaturally, a sign that she had fed recently.
"I would love to see you try, little boy! Truly I would."

Wally's clenched fist clenched a bit tighter. His gaze went to her again and wondered just what she was or why even bother with this charade. It seemed silly, she could have this city under her thumb if she wanted. What was her motive. "Just what in the world are you?" he asked, deciding not to answer the question about the threatening. "You obviously aren't human if you can change your shape and know your opponent's mind."
