Felicie had snuck out when her uncle's back was turned and went to dance in the graveyard. It was one of the few places she was sure she could be alone. Felicie took a deep breath after stretching and raised herself to the tips of her feet, before starting on a series of rapid, difficult dance movements. She closed her eyes and danced as glowing butterflies appeared around her and followed her in her little aura of glowing light that happened when she used dance oriented magic. She smiled happily as she danced in her little space in a nightgown, braid and fuzzy pink and orange polka dot socks.

Wally always liked to come to the graveyard, a strange thing but it helped to see that people cared about their lost loved ones. It made him feel less alone in the pain of losing a loved one. However, what he had not expected to see was a girl dancing amongst the gravestones. He had heard that gypsies sometimes danced in graveyards to be closer to the dead but this was something else. Was she glowing? Glowing in a graveyard was normally not something one would see.
He couldn't very well interrupt her dance, and instead watched for a moment. Wondering just why she was glowing.

Felicie spun and her butterflies and the glowing followed her. If you listened you could faintly hear her humming. Suddenly, her weak ankle gave out and Felicie fell with a frustrated cry. The glow and the butterflies vanished and she smacked the ground in anger. "Je déteste cette stupide blessure!" she shouted, trying not to let frustrated tears fall. It was then she noticed someone watching her. She wiped her nose and hobbled to her feet. "Bonjour"

Wally had cringed at the fall but then took to running towards her. Tripping in a graveyard. That was not something that seemed like the nicest incident to explain and well, what if she had gotten hurt. She seemed well enough, considering she could get up and say hello.
"Bonjour, are you alright?" he asked, "That was quite a fall."

She smiled, though she was angry at herself. "Weak ankle" she said with a shrug. "All ballerinas know how to fall without hurting themselves badly, or even at all. I'm just fine" but her ankle was sore now and she was trying to keep pressure off it lest she fall down again. She carefully sat on a gravestone and looked at the boy curiously. "I know why I'm here, but why are you?"

The question wasn't abnormal, and Wally shouldn't have felt like it was something he needed to hide. It wasn't like he was performing dark magic or anything. Still, it made him feel a bit more insecure than usual. "Just..visiting someone." He replied. That much was true, even when he didn't really bring flowers to his mother's grave he did check up on it to make sure that no one had messed with it.
A ballerina? It certainly made sense with the dancing and all but why in the graveyard

"Oh. Mon papa is here. But I don't know where his grave is, so I'm dancing for everyone, hopefully he was watching and can be proud of my progress" she smiled at him. "I'm Felicie, who are you?" that was the question. She wondered what sort of person this was. He seemed a good sort, but she couldn't be certain he was a normal person. There was an aura about him, he certainly wasn't ordinary, she was sure of that.

Her father was here. A pain tugged at his heart. He could relate to her loss considering his mother was also here. He had been through here so many times, the speedster hadn't once considered what was going on, and how many people had lost parents. It was a big hit.
"My name's Wally, nice to meet you Felicie." he said smiling brightly, and offered his hand.
She seemed like a nice kid, a little strange considering she had been dancing in the graveyards but nice. Maybe it was because she was different that Wally felt more at ease with someone else around. People of extraordinary means did tend to flock together after all.

Felicie giggled and took his hand and looking him as directly in the eye as she could, she shook his hand firmly. "Nice to meet you too Wally" she said warmly and politely. "Who ""were you visiting, by the way? mon papa is right over there" she turned and pointed to a small headstone with flowers growing around it in pots. "I don't really remember him, but i love what i do remember"

The boy's green eyes saddened but there was a small happiness in the smile. That was a nice way to think about it. One that despite all his efforts, he still blamed himself. He needed to think like her. There was light in a darkness. "My mom is here." he said softly before gesturing to the grave over by the tree. "My mom not too long ago but it feels like she's been gone much longer."
He thought about it again. The fire, everything. There was nothing he wanted more to go and turn back time and fix it all but that wasn't important. "I think that your advice is just what I needed to hear actually."

She tilted her head. What advice? No matter, at least he got something good from what she said. "There's always a hole where those we love were, but if we fill it with good memories of them, it's not such a big hole after all. It makes it easier to go through life then" she turned to her father's grave and limped slightly as she made her way over to the grave. "Papa? I made a new friend" she said with a gentle smile as she brushed dirt off the grave. "His name is Wally and he's right over there. I hope you liked my dance papa. I miss you lots"

Wally smiled as he watched her introduce him to the gravestone. It made him relieved to know that he wasn't alone with talking to loved ones. Sure, he watched people talk to the grave but it was never as deep as others. He followed behind her. "It's nice to meet you sir. I'm glad that I met your daughter." It was true. Felicie had made him understand that the ones that were lost were always with you. Sometimes that seemed to escape him.
"Do you dance for him alot?" he asked. "Your father?"

Felicie grinned over at the older boy. "Papa, I miss mama, but coming back from France hasn't been the worst. I think I can be happy in America" she shrugged at Wally. "Non, not really in person. I haven't had the chance in France with him here. But i dance for him in my heart"

Wally nodded, "That's the best way to do action though, from your heart." he said with geninue hope in that tone. That's what he did when he saved people. He did it not for the glory., well okay, maybe a bit for the glory but he wanted people to know that he did it to help others and make sure they were safe.

She smiled at him and got up, brushing her nightgown so the dirt was taken off. "Merci, Wally" she said with a small curtsy. "I try to carry maman an papa in my heart always. Maman is in France and I'm here, with uncle. I miss maman every day, and try to keep her in my heart and write to her every day"
