"Perfect. Just remember, I want her delivered to me unharmed."
She laced her fingers together as she spoke, her posture one of ease and comfort. If Cruella's description was right and the rumors she had heard circulating correct, this young woman was somehow connected to Pitch. And if that was true, she might serve as the perfect way to distract the treacherous Terror Demon.
"Assure your girls that while they might not have the pleasure of harming her, what I have in mind will be more then enough to satisfy their hunger for revenge."
She said no more on the topic and instead watched with bright eyes as Cruella and Constantine spoke. While the hybrid clubowner scoffed at the idea of being romantically involved with anyone, the She-Demon could sense that there was indeed a mutual attraction between the two of them even if it was mostly that of business partners at the moment.

"I gave them strict rules against harming her. I told them that if they so much as scarred her face, not only would they be cast out of Mina, but the other members could do whatever they wanted."
A wicked smile crossed Cruella's face. She remembered the literal tails going between people's legs. It was always a chance to rekindle old rivalries, but at least she let them know who was the alpha every time. She sipped her wine and swirled it to let the mulling increase. She would have asked this question when they were above in her private alcove, but the question was still wracking her mind. So, with another sip, Cruella lowered her voice and asked,
"Tell me, darling, what motive do you have? Aside from avenging injustice?"

Constantine pouted. He hated being ignored and left out. It was the child and djinn conjoined into one soul in him that desired the attention. Artie wanted recognition for his hard work and KashKah was a show boat and liked people to recognize his talent. "Come ladies. Enough business. Tonight is a celebration! I have enough money to buy Cruella a coat of white Kitsune fox furs. The rarest breed I might add. Hold on, I might just do that, and a lovely gown of blue gossamer nixie wings for the lovely demoness and handmaid of evil. I have quite literally fallen into a large fortune. Never play poker with a Djnn, and the Demons of Fate just have, and lost, very very badly"

"How sweet, Constantine. However, it is not the wings of nixies I desire but something far more invaluable."
She smiled at the Djinn, a smile that could reduce most mortal men to nothing more then quivering puddles of desire. However, there was a look in her eyes that betrayed just how in earnest she was about this. She let her eyes remain on him a moment longer before addressing Cruella's question.
"Distraction. If my instincts and sources are correct, this girl is connected rather closely to a Demon who seems to have forsaken and betrayed his own race. He has been involved in the downfall of several Demons across Bellerouge and if he were to be made aware of my presence...."
Here she paused just long enough to lift the crystal glass to her lips and savor the wine before continuing as if there had been no pause.
"Well, needless to say he could make my life far more difficult then need be."
While her tone was perfectly relaxed and her posture was one of complete ease, Lilith felt the smallest trace of annoyance. How could any Demon, let alone one previously in such a position of power, turn against his own nature and the will of their Master?

Cruella chuckled with Constantine's gifts When he offered something lavish, it meant he wanted something in return. He already had enough whiskey on the bar. Before she could ask what the deed was, he answered her queation. He had won poker against the Demons of Fate.
"I don't understand why you keep inviting those clowns to play. You always win against them. You'd think with their job they'd see that."
Such irony. The demons who saw the fates of every mortal in the world, ending lives with just a cut of scissors, lost to a Djinn in a game of cards. She was about to sip her wine when Lillith answered her question as to why that Adeline was so important. A sputter of wine ent droplets all over the ink-stained wood.
"There's only demon in Bellerouge with that kind of influence. Two if you count the hedgehog. I always have to brush the shit his dreaded nightmares leave near my alley off the girls."
She was satisified someone was trying to get to Pitch Black. He had been a thorn in the side of Bellerouge. There were plenty of demons "reforming". Adeline being tied to him just made her sick.

"Oh, they invite me actually. One of the many perks about being a djinn is that we can literally alter time and in some cases fate. The Fates are always playing blind and they love it. And I love winning. So it's a win-win. I got some lovely items in the mix as well. Such as the demon Plague's Plague Doctor mask, or one of them. It holds all the sicknesses of the world. I might find it useful, but for now it's just fun to look at and laugh at that much power" Constantine sobered slightly. "I tried talking to my old "friend" he stated. "But he would not be swayed. I think he tried some old magic, but for a moment I thought I was getting to him. I can always talk to him again, see what can be done, perhaps get him to revoke whatever he did and let go of his relationship with the girl" he wouldn't say it, but his half human heart was a little jealous of Adeline.

At Constantine's words, Lilith immediately felt her interest peak. She knew how Cruella felt about Pitch simply because of the vague but lingering threat he posed to her establishment as a BPD officer. More then once the presence of a Nightmare or two had scared off clients and while the BPD didn't have the evidence needed for a search warrant, the shadow lingered. But to know that the Djinn had once had connections to the Terror Demon....
"Well, it seems we all have our concerns when it comes to the BPD's pet demon officer."
She spoke only of Pitch and yet when Cruella mentioned Shadow something dark and dangerous seemed to cloud her eyes for a moment. However, the gleam quickly dissipated from her glance and she continued as if there had been no pause.
"And how exactly did you come to know someone like Pitch Black?"

Cruella chuckled. Pet was the perfect description. She sipped her wine, her head becoming slightly woozy. When combined with blood, it satiated her hunger but and benefits of a good drink were there. It was nice sitting among few that she genuinely trusted and opened up to. Even if it was a small crowd.
"Yes, Connie, enlighten us."

Constantine hesitated but shrugged. He was with someone he trusted. Lilith maybe not as much but Cruella yes. And with both of them egging him on he couldn't help himself. "It was before I gained two souls, mind" he stated with a finger in the air. "When part of me was KashKash, the most feared Djnn of them all. We were associates. I'd prey on the fear he'd cause. Because with fear comes desperation and that's always been what I work. Desperation" he smiled and savored the drink on his tongue. "Like any good partnership it broke up after a few centuries, but he still remembers KashKash. It seemed for a few moments he was turning towards the fear demon he once was. But I think an ancient magic is keeping him from doing so. He touched his chest a few times as though it hurt him. Always when he seemed to be leaning towards my side"

"Interesting..."
Lilith's eyes sparked as Constantine spoke of his relationship to Pitch and what he had observed his old acquaintence doing when they had last spoke. Ancient magic..... repeatedly touching his chest. That sounded like something she had seen only a few times across her long existence. And if it was indeed just that, it might be very useful to her.
"Tell me. Are either of you two familiar with something called the Unbreakable Promise?"
Her words were soft, barely discernable over the throbbing music of the club. And yet her eyes seemed to lock onto their own, a look so powerful that it was impossible to ignore. In that instant her eyes reflected the true She-Demon she was when all the glamors and disguises had been cast aside.

"Indeed..."
Cruella had never really asked about Constatine's affairs or what he had going on. For all she was concerned, it was his business so long as it didn't involve hier girls getting into nasty business. Yet the talk of Pitch, how...earnest he sounded, it was unusual and human. While Lilith was leaning in like a girl who was gossiping about getting a handsome jock, she wwas reclining further back, her gloved hands tapping her wine glass.
Until Lilith asked about 'the Unbreakable Promise', very quietly.
The locked eyes of the demon flashed briefly. Cruella saw the very dark nature of this seemingly lithe figure, and remembered why it was she befriended her. That lust for power.
"Well, I've heard whispers of it so to speak," she answered. "Supposedly you have to spill blood in order to make it exact."

Constantine inclined his head. "A few times, but not to the purpose of what Pitch seemed to have used it for. Now, what are you thinking miss Lilith? something dastardly no doubt" he gave a slow grin and swigged down what was left in his bottle. "If Pitch gets his comeuppance for dating that slip of a brat, dating a child then count me in, It couldn't please me more to see that"

Lilith nodded her head but was only listening to Cruella and Constantine's responses with half an ear. The rest of her mind was busy thinking over this sudden news. It seemed as though at some point Pitch had made an Unbreakable Promise with a human and some keen intuition told her that this was directly linked to the once faithful Terror Demon throwing his lot in with humans. Such promises were rarely made even by the boldest of Demonkind and they were to be taken seriously. After all, to violate the terms of the promise was to suffer terrible agony beyond description followed by death. So what had driven the former lieutenant of Disparion to make such a promise?
All this quickly passed through Lilith's mind as she returned her focus to her two companions. Cruella seemed merely interested but it was clear Constantine very much enjoyed the idea of using such a Promise against his former demonic companion.
"Certainly, but while the punishment I have planned for dear Pitchiner will come through dealing with his pet witch, I cannot use the Promise against him without first knowing the conditions that surround it. But perhaps you may be able to assist me in this regard..."
Here she paused and let the smile linger about her lips as she slowly finished off the last of her wine.
"Either way, I can assure you both that he will be made to pay for what he has done. While I might not be able to deal any direct harm against him as of now, I think little Adeline will serve in cutting him very deeply just as well."

“Perhaps I should look more into this Unbreakabke Promise. My pack is growing more restless. And after all, a mother wants what’s best for children. If an Unbreakabke Promise keeps them close to me, then it should be duely noted,”
Too many of her pack had wandered astray as well. Moses...Axel...who would be next? Her gloved hands curved on the wine. Much like Lilith, a smile showing many white teeth. Her canines were sharpening, so the line between werewolf and vampire blurred. A common enemy was among them, and his weakness was a little girl. Breaking him would be a challenge, but it was one she would relish. ((End thread after Toby?))
