"I'd like to see that," Vanitas said.
However before anything else could happen, Moses fell against him. Sheer surprise brought his arms up to keep Moses from completely going slack against him. He glanced down. His hand was sticky with Moses' blood from where that human had stabbed him. A low noise tore from his throat. Now he really should have killed that human. Vanitas would just have to find that human later and make him pay for thinking he could get away with stabbing a demon.
"And how do you want to explain that knife wound?" Vanitas retorted.

"There's a healer that knows me" Moses said through clenched teeth. "She never asked questions before, so I don't see why she should now. Unseelie, but she's adept at healing" he lurched in the general direction he needed to take to get to the woman's house and kept a hand on his shoulder, hoping to stem the bleeding somewhat. He had a feeling if he continued wasting his time on Vanitas he would pass out and likely die from bloodloss because why would Vanitas help him? He was most likely an annoyance to the demon.

"Tell me where to find her," Vanitas said. "And we can take one of the corridors of darkness. Much faster."
Vanitas figured the least he could do was get Moses to this healer. Not to mention it was a good chance for him to meet a healer who didn't ask questions. But he wasn't about to let Moses die because of a stupid flesh wound like that. He could probably carry Moses if he had to, but he doubted that Moses' pride would let him. Vanitas knew his pride wouldn't be able to withstand that.

Moses looked at him strangely. "At the edge of Garcon Perdu. In an old shack by an abandoned theater. The Cintrax. Why do you care?" however he went over to Vanitas and held onto him. "Take us there, and quickly. I think I'll pass out in a few minutes anyway" he warned, tired and dizzy. Staying in the demon stage took more out of him, but the pain tolerance in the form was much higher. He needed that right now.

Vanitas nodded. He knew about where it was. He raised a hand, looping an arm around Moses' uninjured side. The portal opened up before them. Vanitas had been using them more the last few days, mostly to escape from Pitch and the police. Luckily, none of them could traverse that way our his little escape route would have been gone. Ironic that he was actually using it to help another. It was very unlike him to do something like this.
"If you get sick, aim away from us." he cautioned.
He remembered his first time using the corridor of darkness. It hadn't been a fun experience. He had been five or six and he had been running for his life from humans with emerald weapons. The corridor just sort of opened up for him and he ran through. When he came back out, he lost what little food he had in his stomach. To say the experience of walking through the corridor was jarring was weak to say the least, but he led Moses through.

Moses clenched his teeth as he walked through the corridor, but he kept any discomfort to himself. He clutched onto Vanitas, breathing labored. He usually, demonic or normal, didn't cling to people. Hardly needed them. Yes, he craved touch and intimate situations but actually leaning on anyone for true support? Never. He laughed dryly. "There's nothing in my stomach. Don't worry about that" He leaned his head on Vanitas' shoulder and sighed softly. Finally they were out of the corridor and Moses left Vanitas' side. "Meet me at my apartment, I'll walk back in a little bit" Moses looked sidelong at the other and smirked. "We can continue our encounter in private"

Vanitas made sure the trip was short, even if he hurried Moses along enough that the other man had to hold onto him like he was his only lifeline. But the Halfling seemed to regain his sense enough once they were outside the doorstep of this 'Unseelie Healer' that Moses knew. Moses looked a little ill when they stepped out but seemingly recovered enough to invite Vanitas over to his place. Vanitas couldn't help but smirk. Yes, the boy scout façade was just an act. Vanitas wanted to see just how far Moses would go now that he had let his demonic half take over.
"Right." Vanitas said. "I'll meet you there."

Moses smiled slightly. Vanitas seemed delighted at the idea of coming over, and without human emotions currently running through him, he couldn't bring himself to care what anyone thought. There was lust for the demon and he wanted to sate it. That was about it on his 'to do' list for the night besides getting his shoulder looked at. When he was like this he preferred looking at the short term. "Later Vanitas" he murmured before heading into the shack.
