NAME: Wally West
Alias: Kid Flash
AGE: 16
TYPE: Gifted Person
ROLE: As far as a role goes Wally isn’t part of the BPD Other units just yet, he’s more of a side hero, protecting those who can’t protect themselves as well as helping take down criminals
POWERS/ABILITIES: Wally West’s abilities are super-speed, he is able to move faster than most people, and as such can heal faster than normal people such as a broken bone, (however the draw back to this as sometimes the wound will be too serious for it to necessarily heal faster than most.)
WEAPONS: Wally uses his powers as a weapon as well as his fists, while others think this may be a big flaw, Wally doesn’t like using weapons like guns or blades.
PERSONALITY: Wally is a typical class clown that is known to be able to lighten the mood of a bad situation he is normally always wearing a big grin on his face and a happy go lucky attitude to the point he gives most people he comes in contact with regularly nicknames. He comes off as very flirty often using very cheesy pickup lines to any girl he meets. His mother always taught him to help those in need so he has stuck by that. Despite his carefree attitude, Wally does hold a bit of scars in his life after seeing many things and failing to save others. While he hides it behind his smile and attitude, sometimes it becomes clear when he is in emotional pain. He tends to put others needs before their own and while he may joke at certain situations, he is willing to lend a hand and ear to those who need someone to talk to or listen. (he is literally someone who would bring a group of robbers to the police station tied up with a sticky note attached that says “we just robbed a bank)
BACKSTORY: As long as Wally can remember, his family has never stayed in the same place for very long. His mother constantly moving them from one city to the next, as a young child Wally never really understood why but what he did know was that his mother’s eyes were always filled with fear whenever they moved, when asked, Wally’s mother always responded with “there are dangerous things out there that I don’t want you to get involved in.” Years later, Wally finally understood what she meant. Word had gotten around about suspicious behavior going down at a warehouse outside of Wally’s school, involving a few of his classmates. Hoping that nothing dangerous was going down, he decided to check it out. Upon discovering it, the teen found that the suspicious activities belonged to a group of kids who were working under orders, and recruiting new people. Wally’s insticts were on high alert and alarms were going off. These people promised all kinds of things, respect, money, fame and all they had to do was listen and do what was told. Sensing darkness behind this, Wally decided to leave. The one in charge said that he couldn’t because he had heard and seen too much. Fear rushed into his veins as he was cornered, the exit blocked from his view, he needed to run. Something in that must have awakened his power, because as soon as his feet left the ground he was at the exit. Unable to explain what was going on, Wally made his way back home, in a great hurry. He wasn’t fast enough though, when he arrived, the house was in flames and his mother dead vanishing. Wally had a sickening feeling that the group he had overheard and turned down was behind it. But he wasn’t sure who exactly was in charge or what they were after. All he knew was that the boy didn’t want anyone else to go through what he did. The boy dedicated his life to becoming sort of a masked superhero and protecting anyone from danger no matter what. All the while looking for answers and to make sure that the real villain was put behind bars. (Despite not joining the police right yet)
