"Hey. It's a right. Doesn't mean I have to exercise that right" He winked at her. He followed her to her police cruiser and got in the back with relative ease despite his hands being handcuffed. He appreciated some of the help she gave though, She didn't have to do that. He snorted. "No I don't want to talk to you but I have to so...." He shrugged. "I have a band. We work at the bar-or did and hopefully still do-and this guy was making comments. I....I lost it and punched him in the back of the head and he throws a bottle at me and a few more punches and then you guys show up"

At least he was a being humorous about the whole thing. Aqua smiled sympathetically. He was really worked over by the demon in the back of the other squad car. She hoped the other team could handle him. "Would it be okay if we go downtown to get a statement?" Aqua asked, not like he had much of a choice but she wanted to put this guy at ease. She was just doing her job and if his story was true, he was defending himself against someone who was disturbing the peace and had assaulted him. "If what you said is true, you can take legal action against him. You'll be able to press charges."

He sighed. "You're obviously new so let me fill you in on something; I'm sort of well known at the station. I cause a lot of riots and a lot of trouble and I don't particularly like the police or usually cooperate with them. My name is Omar LaRue. And I'm a troublemaker. I doubt that anyone would really believe me enough, besides I don't want to press charges. I just don't want to see him at my concerts anymore"

"Humor me?" Aqua asked kindly. "You'd be surprised when people will listen, especially if others back your story up." And she had a feeling this was going to be something a lot of the patrons were going to want to talk about, because it was a famous figure in their bar scene fighting with some nobody. She stood up and placed her hand on the frame of the door. "Oh and, I'm not new. I just worked in a different area before this. Worse comes to worse, we file a restraining order on him so he can't bother you at work, okay?"

"...Fine! But only cuz it's a pretty girl telling me" He joked and then winced, he just started feeling the pain in his arms and it was rather uncomfortable. "Restraining order sounds lovely. Tell you what ,I'll make a statement if you get me some help for my arms. I think there's glass in them and it's really uncomfortable. Not to mention I'm probably bleeding back here so..."

"Thank you," she said. "And of course we'll get that looked at. I'll drive fast." She waited until he leaned back so she could shut the door and jumped into the driver's side. It was a perk of being a cop, especially in the case of emergencies. She didn't want Omar to be in anymore pain than he had to be. She could drive as fast as she wanted and not get in trouble. So she sped towards the station, being mindful around the turns so she didn't throw her poor passenger around. "So what set that guy off? Did he just came out of the blue and started insulting you?"

"thanks cutie" he leaned back in the seat and allowed her to close the door and closed his eyes. He was tired. Omar cracked an eye open when the woman asked what set the guy off and shrugged. "No idea. He just started insulting the band. I guess he doesn't like my music. He was drinking so maybe that had something to do with it"

The words to correct him with her name hung on her tongue, weighing it down. She doubted he would use it, even if he knew her name. Looks like she was going to have to put up with the pet name until this guy was either booked with charges or let go because he hadn't started the fight. Either way, one of the two guys in the back of the cars, heading to the station were going to get arrested. "I see," she said. So it had been a drunken brawl after all? There wasn't a single drop on the bleeding man in the back of her car, so it could have just been the one drunk, trying to be a tough guy. And true to her word, she pulled into the station in record time.

Omar had technically started the fight and that sort of weighed on him. He just knew that the demon in the other car was going to bring up that Omar had thrown the first punch. It was just Omar's luck. True to her word, the woman pulled into the place in record time and Omar sighed. Time to see what was what. If he had to face the music, so be it.

Aqua got out and walked around the back of the car. She opened the door to help Omar out. She looked behind her to see the other car pulling up behind her. The other office could get Vanitas signed in and in the cells. "We'll get you treated before any further questioning, okay? That probably isn't comfortable and we need to take pictures of your injuries." Aqua explained though he probably knew procedure better than most rookie cops.
