It was almost too easy. That was the thing that amused her do much. Things had simply been too easy.
The thought continued to repeat itself and each time it did, the small and smug smile on Lilith's lips grew. Even now as she sat on a bench that overlooked the Antoinette River, watching the hapless humans that walked by, she could only smile.
Next to her lay a newspaper and covering nearly the entire front page was an article discussing the recent attack on a lawyer by the name of Elsa Crispin. Reading that piece had only made Lilith feel all the more triumphant and amused. It served to remind her just how close she was to fulfilling the task set before her, of breaking the seals and freeing her Master at long last!
And as she lounged in the bench, filled with pride and confidence, she ran through the breaking of each seal in her mind. Weiss with rage, Jane with disgust, and now Elsa with sorrow.
And now all that remained before having the homonculus known as Shadow become the key that would free Disparion was the last seal, the Seal of Fear.....

Jim walked along the riverfront with his hands in his coat pocket. He had, had a rough day at the office, and wasn't too keen on having to deal with Dimitri at the moment. As much as he loved his brother, he could get on Jim'snerves occasionally. The younger Colt brother also was still trying to decipher all the information or lack thereof, he could find for Shadow on Disparion. Sighing, he kicked a rock into the river as he continued to walk, deep in thought.

As Lilith continued to sit on the bench and savor her recent success, she suddenly felt something that made her pause in her gloating. Her demonic senses were finely honed to negative feelings by that point and just now she could feel someone approaching, someone whom felt conflicted and mildly upset.
And while these emotional states were as common to humans as mosquitos were in Bellerouge, the thing that caught the She-Demon's interest was an underlying scent that seemed to follow this human, vague but still discernible. It was the smell of Shadow.
Immediately Lilith's violet gaze fixed on the source from which the lingering scent of the homonculus originated. A young man with blue-green eyes, a brown ponytail and a handsome but somewhat sullen face walked only a few yards away from where she sat. It was clear even without demonic senses that the young man was unhappy; his body language practically screamed it out loud.
Well well, what do we have here? Another possible vessel? Could fate truly favor me that much?

Jim tensed when he felt that someone was watching him. Whoever, or whatever it was, Jim had a hunch that it wasn't friendly. Then again, ever since the incident with Shadow Jim had gotten a little bit paranoid. With a sigh, he rolled his shoulders back and turned to look for the person watching him. "I know you're there. C'mon out!" He called out hoping he hadn't just signed on for something he couldn't handle.
