LOCATION: Apartment 205 of Queen Anne's.
TOD: Presumably 1 AM
The body was reported to the Others Unit by a repairman in the apartment coming in to look at a plumbing issue reported by the tenant, the victim. When the repairman entered the apartment, he found the animator laying face up on the floor. The eyes of the victims were removed from the sockets and a black substance was seen oozing out of the eyes and mouth.
