"I could put your flyer on the c-community board," Namine offered.
It was in the front office, where there was the most amount of foot traffic by civilians, asking about cases. She doubted she would get in trouble. It was the community board. People came in, posting flyers for lost dogs, babysitting offers, apartments, yard sales, concert events, why not add private investigative purposes? The station captain never looked at it. Actually, Namine took it on herself to take down the flyers that were for specific dates, like long past concerts or sales that had happened weeks prior. She kept it neat and orderly, though really the secretaries should have done it.
"I-If you want," she then mumbled, ducking her head bashfully.

Ralph stopped and stared at Namine for several long moments, his brown eyes set in a slight frown not of anger but of contemplation. He was looking at the young woman now, really looking at her. She was extremely shy and it was clear she was also rather naïve about the world, yet underneath that exterior he could see there was quite a bit of bravery and faith that good would overcome evil.
He himself had lost most of his hope after leaving the BPD, but looking at Namine reminded him that hope had a way of always coming back no mater how bad things got.
"...Yes, yeah that would be great. Thanks, Namine."
He pulled out a few of the flyers and handed them over to the young woman, still looking at her with the same expression on his face.

Namine smiled and took the flyers from him. They were carefully placed in her basket of art supplies, to avoid bending or tearing, treating them as if they were as precious as her own criminal sketches for the police. She really did want to help. Maybe he would believe her if more clients came in? It would be proof she followed through with what she had to say. Besides, it was a good cause. The people the police couldn't help would find help elsewhere. It was a beneficial situation all around.
"I-I'll post it during my next shift," she assured him.

"Here."
Ralph handed over one of the flyers in his hand to the young blonde woman and looked down at her, thinking how strange it was that someone so shy and gentle had ended up working for the BPD. She might seem fragile, but the Giant had the feeling that Namine was a lot stronger then she looked.
However, his thoughts were interrupted by a solemn gong that echoed down from them. He glanced up at the clock tower which sat at the entrance to the market and realized by the clock's hands how late it was getting. And he still had a lot of flyers to put up before the day had reached its end.
"Hey, I better get going. These posters aren't going to put themselves up around Bellerouge. Thanks again. And if you ever need anything yourself, look me up."
With that said, Ralph gave a small, informal salute to Namine and a kind smile before turning to walk down the market street. Even as he drew further away, his large shape towered above everyone else and was easy to see until he finally disappeared behind a turn in the street.

Namine smiled and waved after Ralph left. He seemed nice. Intimidating, but nice. Granted, everyone was intimidating to her. She looked down at the flyers he left her with, hoping that they would be able to help, both him and the people the police could not. She just felt bad because her nerves got in the way again. He probably thought she was pathetic. With a sigh, she too left the stand after paying for the supplies she got there and moved on to the next one. She still had a few more things to pick up.
