As Hiro heard the young woman asking something regarding his brother being as smart as him, he did give off a small nod. Of course, he was! He did get him into robotics after all and thought that his knowledge would be in his brain. "Well, he is. He actually got me into technology, even though I did get into research a couple of years later when I was reading the books on how robotics would come into play when finding criminals and such." He replied, with a small nod. "But to be fair, I try to outsmart him, but, in the end, I do learn that I am as smart as him." He said, with a small smirk. He then heard the young blonde haired woman mentioning that it would be nice for him to make a bodyguard for him, but, after hearing that she could handle himself, he nodded. "Well, I'll make you one, in case." He said, and gave her a wink. As she saw that she was using fire from her hand, his eyes widened again, as thought he was astonished from the power she used. "Whoa, that's pretty sick." He commented, as he believed her. "So, kickboxing and fire, pretty good combo, as I do say so myself." He complimented again, looking up at her and he understood on what her powers were and how she could use them for her advantage. He then heard her mentioning that he was unique as well, and a small chuckle, and blush appeared on his face. "Thanks, Yang." He thanked her, with red cheeks appearing on his face. He then heard her mentioning that math and science was giving her a hard time, he wished that he could go back in time and at least help her with the homework. "Hey, I would not have mind helping you when I was in your school during your childhood." He said, giving her another wink; he then heard her mentioning that he got the math and science subjects down to the bone and he nodded. "Yeah, science and math are of course, my favorite subjects." He replied, with a small smirk. "I'll continue to use them to my advantage, especially if I need those skills to make an invention." He commented, hoping that he would at least use those subjects to make a robot for Yang.

So, Hiro's brother was a science geek just like he was. No wonder Hiro was so good at it, since he had his older brother to help him out. Yang had grown up an only child, so sibling interactions were interesting to her. He seemed pretty stoked about the robot bodyguard idea, although he did admit that her skills gave her a pretty big advantage. "Yup," she said. "If anybody tries to lay a hand on me, pow!" She swung her fist in an uppercut. "They get to taste my fiery fist." That was usually enough to scare most creeps away. Some took a little more handling to get them running. But Yang didn't mind a challenge every once in a while. She felt like it kept her on her toes and made her a better fighter. She thought it was sweet, that he would have helped her if they had known each other when she was in school. "Yeah, well, science and math don't do much for me anyway," she said. "I mean, I don't really use it too much." Subjects like that didn't really help her when she was pick-pocketing or fighting in an underground ring. She was glad to hear Hiro say that he would continue to use his smarts to his advantage. "You do that," she said with a smile. "Stuff like that is going to take you places." Sure, Hiro mainly wanted to use his skills to solve crimes, but he could also do a lot more. He could probably be a millionaire with all the robots he made.

As he saw that she was interested in the young woman hearing about his adoptive brother getting him into science and math, he nodded. He did love his brother, and although he could outsmart his brother at times by just reading more books or knowing answers, he knew that he is as smart as him. He didn't know that Yang was an only child or grew up with other siblings as well. He could also tell that she was seeing him getting pumped in making that robot bodyguard for her, but, after from what he saw, he nodded and gave her a thumbs up. "I also can do marshal arts as well. I do mainly practice at home, but, I don't use it that often unless someone attacks me, but, I try to at least be careful." He said, as he saw her doing some uppercut attack with fire. Dang, she was amazing on what she could do to defend herself and his eyes began to widen once again. "Woah, I could definitely see those enemies, including creeps being scared. How long have it took you to do those combat moves?" He asked, wondering on how she had when trying to master those marshal art like moves; Although Hiro, of course was not a gifted human, at least he had those combat moves as an advantage when either being picked on, but, had to be careful incase a supernatural creature could come out of nowhere to attack him. Good thing he does have his eyes and ears open for self-awareness! He could see that she was able to use her power as an advantage to fight off creeps really quickly and the more he thought about it, the more thinking of her becoming a BPD officer. He then heard that she does not use math and science to her advantage and he nodded, as though he did understand, and those subjects are not for everyone. "Ah, gotcha. I guess Math and Science are not for everyone; as for me, I use it at least once a day." He replied as he nodded and thought that using her combat skills were useful enough to go through the fighting and such. As soon as he heard another compliment from the woman mentioning that his intellectual skills would take him far, he smiled and gave her a small wink. "You bet I will continue to use those skills. I not only them for calculations of where the criminals go, but, also, learning about blood and DNA, with science come in handy when learning about the crime scene and such, and of course, make robots." He replied, thinking that those robots would hopefully impress the officers.

"Well that's good," Yang said when Hiro mentioned he knew some martial arts. "I know having a robot bodyguard is good and all, but it can't hurt to know how to throw punches yourself." Besides, Yang's stubbornness tended to make her hate depending on others. As long as she could rely on herself and her own skills, that was good enough for her. "I learned when I was younger," she replied. "My dad was a kickboxer instructor, and I wanted to learn, so he taught me everything I know." Of course, Yang added the literal fire power herself, but her dad was the one who taught her the moves. Hiro definitely seemed to have more brains than brawn, though. He was applying all his knowledge to crime solving. It was like Sherlock Holmes and Tony Stark put together. Before she could comment though, she happened to glance at her watch and realized that it was getting late. She hadn't realized how long she had been chatting with Hiro. "Shoot, I gotta go," she said. "I've got some kids back home who'll be wanting these." She shook the toolbox in her hand, making the tools inside clatter against each other. True, she tended to be better at fixing stuff than the kids, but they liked to help out anyway, which she appreciated. "Maybe we can hang out some more another time?" Hiro was a pretty interesting kid. She'd love to have an update sometime on how he was doing with his robots and what-not.

As he heard that comment knowing that he had to at lest learn on how to fight himself, besides using those robots, he nodded, thinking that she had a point, as he knew on how to use martial arts as well, besides using robots. "Yeah, I know. I use martial arts as well, besides robots. I don't tell anyone since I like to surprise them with my kicks." He said, and have her a wink. The next thing that he heard was that she was able to learn herself, which was another good thing as well! Her dad bring a kick boxer instructor was a plus as well and he could imagine that he and her taught off from one another. "Wow, sounds like your dad wanted you to fight off your own battles, and I have to say, Yang, that's the perfect father and from what you showed me, he taught you well. He said, with yet, another wink, beings glad that she had a family member who was able to help her teach on how to kick box. He still had no idea on how she was able to teach herself on using her fire power, but, as soon as he was about to ask, he noticed that he had to go. "Oh, you have to go? Dang it! I had fun hanging out with you though, Yang. If you want, here's my number." He said, an wrote his cell-phone number down and gave her his phone number on a piece of paper. As he heard that she had kids at home, he nodded, imagining that being a parent could be a difficult task, but, he did imagine her being a good parent. "I understand. Kids and all." He said, scratching the back of his neck. As he heard that she wanted to hang out with him again, he nodded and winked at her. "Yang, I'm always available to hang out, anytime, anywhere!" He said, and gave her a first bump. "Well, Yang. I'll still make you that robot guard, and of course, I'll give you an update on how my robots are doing, of course." He said, giving her a wink and another first bump. Although this was his first encounter with an adult, besides his brother, he defiantly liked hanging around this young woman, as she seemed pretty interesting to hang out with as well.

Yang gave a little smile. "Yeah, he was perfect," she agreed. Sure, she fought with her dad and mom like any other kid, but she had still loved them both. Although these days, thinking about them made her sad sometimes. She wasn't sure if that would ever change. Hiro seemed a little disappointed that she had to go, but he did give her his phone number. She didn't really have a phone in her hideout, but she could probably borrow a friends' cellphone if she wanted to call him, or hunt around for any public phones that were left. There weren't a whole lot left standing, since everyone tended to bring their cellphone wherever they went, but there were still a couple scattered throughout the city. He still insisted on making some kind of robot guard for her, and she appreciated the gesture, although she had no idea what the hell she would do with a robot. She would have to think about that. "Right. I'll see you later." She bumped his fist in return as she headed out. Hiro seemed pretty different from her, but then again, there were some similarities as well. She was sure they would be good friends.

((I'll finish this off!))
He heard her mentioning that her father was the one who was good when it came to teaching others on how to fight, and thought that having a good father on the side whenever teaching would be a good thing. "Yeah, I bet he was. After all, having a good dad on the side would be awesome, especially if it was a teacher, that's awesome." He said, agreeing with her, thinking that having a teacher as a father would be good to have on the side. Although being in the orphanage was hard and he didn't have a father, he luckily had an adoptive father to help. He did have fun chatting with her, and indeed, he was disappointed that she had to go, but, felt glad that he took the opportunity to spend some time with her. He thought that spending some time with her in the future by just chatting would be fun, and hopefully, they would be able to discuss more things. He then could tell that she could not need a robot as well, but he smirked and gave her a fist bump, whispering, "I'll make you one, anyway." He then gave her a wink and saw that she had to go, and as he heard her mentioning that she would see him later, he waved. "See you!" He called out, with a small wave, thinking that they were going to be good friends, and even though she was older than him, he would not mind being pals with an older woman.
((End thread.))
