"I'll help you. I'll trap im in a circle, you can burn im. Less he's anotha fire Demon, then we should probably leave the burning bit out" She nodded. "Good point. There's always them burnin drinks. Dunno why people want em, no offense, but I'm sure you're only too happy to oblige an set things on fire fo yo job" Red sipped on her first drink and continued eating. Damn these were good. She was loving every second of her guilty pleasure.

"Drown 'em," Axel shrugged.
If it was another fire demon, they could drown him with water (not alcohol). It's how Axel wouldn't have wanted to go. Drowning was so messy and such a vengeful thing. No thank you. Axel himself even hated rainy days, but that was a given by nature. He and water mixed about as well as well oil and gasoline. Not well. It just depended on the fire demon. Not all of them were as reserved as he was. It had taken him years to get where he was.
"Hey, I'm not too sure either, but I don't care either way as long as they pay their tab." Axel chuckled.

"That's one way ta do it" she nodded. Certainly drowning a fire demon would kill or severely injure them. It made sense. She laughed some more. "I guess that's all that matters" she agreed with a smile.
"Hey there baby" Red blinked and slowly turned on her seat to see an obviously drunk man leering at her with a gross grin. She felt like rolling her eyes but she put on a smile.
"Hi there sug. What can I do for ya?"

Axel twitched when the man joined red at the bar, absolutely drunk out of his mind. Which he was going to have to talk to his girls about because he either came in drunk or they kept serving him past Axel's rule/limit. Either way, his grip on the mug he was cleaning became quite tight. This reminded him a little too much of the drunkards that tried to take advantage of Anna. So he leered at the man, figuring that if he was actually sober enough, he would take the hint and piss off. Otherwise, things might get a little smoky because Axel was not in the mood to chase down a drunk who tried to get too frisky in his bar.

Red held up a hand to Axel, noticing the twitch and sensing he was about ready to do something to the man. Red could handle a drunk man. She could handle a dozen drunk men. They didn't scare her.
"You could have a drink with me" The man slurred and Red sighed silently while smiling at him.
"Naw, I have my drinks right here. But thank yeh" The drunk man frowned and moved to grab Red's arm. Red grabbed him by the thumb and easily pried the offending hand off her arm before twisting it and flipping the man over her head and onto the floor where she put her boot in the small of his back. "You gonna touch me again Suga? B'cause I don't think that's a good idea"

"You need to leave." Axel said. "And don't bother coming back."
Looks like he was getting another face for the wall of banned customers. Shame. Fifth one in nearly a week. Those sleazes that tried to jump Anna and now the guy who thought he could get away with messing with Red. Granted she put him in his place, but it did not sit well with Axel. After closing he was going to have a hard talk with his waitresses. He got it. They needed the money, but one drink made all the difference in sobriety.

Red let the guy up and he stumbled off in a wobbly run. "Nice chattin suga" she said to his retreating figure, sweet as candy. It only made the guy run faster. Red sat down again and put a curl that had fallen out of her updo back in place. She then picked up a chicken wing and bit into the meat. "If I can handle an angry demon caught in a circle trap, I can handle a drunk man. But I tell em once I ain't interested, you'd think they'd get the hint" she gave a dramatic sigh and then grinned at Axel. "Didja see the look on his face? Like he swallowed a dove"

"I'm sure you can, but I can't let them think they can walk in here and do that sort of stuff. Next girl might not be as... capable as you are." Axel shrugged.
He set the mug and the cleaning rag aside. He wasn't going to be getting much done when he was as steamed as he was. What was it with the idiots that came to his bar lately? He might have been a demon but no way, shape or form, did he condone that sort of behavior to anyone. It was frustrating to the bartender, not to mention wearing on his grated nerves.
"Second time this week." he sighed.

"I'll help ya wi that. Know it's not a club but I could be a bounca fo ya. Scare off any drunk morons who are bar hoppin" she offered. She was busy enough but squeezing in a few hours wouldn't be bad. Red reached over and touched Axel's hand. "Calm it down baby love" she cautioned. "There ain't nothin to be done bout idiots. It ain't yo fault and all ya can do is be more cautious in th future. But right now? Nothin ta be done"

"Hiring a bouncer... That's not a bad idea." he mused.
Axel was all for giving back to the community that gave him a second chance. He hadn't exactly been on the clean and narrow in his youth. He turned himself around. Maybe he could do the same for someone else. It would just take time. He would have to go through the interview process, which was never fun because he always got someone trying to apply who wasn't qualified for the job, at all. Or didn't even read the description. Literally the type to throw resumes at something and hope it sticks.
"You're right," Axel sighed. "Still allowed to be pissed though."

"I would give ya some names but I'm new to th city. I hardly know anyone" Red said with a shrug. "I can help scout around fo ya though. See if I can't find someone who'll do right by ya" Red smiled at him. "Yea. You can be pissed. But what's more productive, channelin that energy into somethin that needs gettin done or just bein angry? It's up ta you"

"Don't worry about it," Axel said dismissively. "I just don't really like interviewing people."
He looked around. He thought the wait staff and the cooks would be enough. But he was glad that Red pointed out they needed a bouncer. He could be as big and intimidating as he wanted, but humans occasionally looked at him and thought 'I can take him' only to be proven wrong. It would make things easier when he had live performers on stage, especially those with big followings. Plus, an extra set of eyes around the room to put a stop to things before they happened. Yes, a bouncer was a very good idea. He was only kicking himself for not thinking of it sooner.
"Listen, Red, I'm not going to start any fires here. Learned that lesson years ago." he said. "I just have a shorter temper than most."

"Interviews ain't fun fo eitha party" Red agreed. "I ain't a fan of gettin interviewed an th people I work fo ain't fans of hiring a bounty hunta. Just a load of hassle fo everyone involved" Red rolled her eyes. "I know you ain't gonna start fires, silly spiky head. I'm just sayin there's better solutions than just bein mad. Vent ta me, or make drinks. Turn that energy yer feelin inta activity. Burns through th anger fasta. Believe me, I know"

"There's no way around it though." Axel sighed.
The only way he was going to get a new bouncer, was by posting a listing and talking to the people who signed up. Granted, that only meant the people who were actually eligible for the job. He didn't want some high school brat who thought he was big enough to play with the big boys because he had a growth spurt. Certainly not someone who couldn't even drink themselves. Red's concern about his temper was a little endearing, he supposed. He was allowed to be frustrated with the situation but he wasn't angry at anyone but the customers. He already found a solution to the problem, he just had to implement it when he wasn't running on less than 8 hours of sleep.
"I'm fine, Red." he said. "Really. I'm all good. Besides, between you and the cops who stop by here, they'll learn their lesson sooner or later."

"No. There ain't. Sorry sug" She raised an eyebrow and looked him up and down. He seemed a little agitated still but not overly angry. "I'll come more often ta git a drink or a chat then" she said with a smile. "That way them idiots won't dare touch a defenseless girl or a pretty knockout wi'out havin to deal wi me an you an yo future bouncer" she decided. "Sides, I could use a drink least once or twice a week ,just ta unwind from my life. Surprised I ain't got grey hairs yet"
