Yang gave a little laugh. "I think most of the mystery has been solved already. The only one left is how to get you two together." That might take some time, though. Waiting for the right moment was one important factor, and figuring out how to break the news afterwards. This wasn't something Adrien could just rush into. But, whichever way he decided, Yang would help however she could. Adrien had done so much for her already, the least she could do was help him with this. And if it would make him happier, then she was all for it. "You're welcome," she said, giving a smile before kissing his cheek again.

"C'mon, Yang, you're supposed to revel in the hero worship," he joked.
He smiled brightly at her. He wrapped an arm around her. He didn't know how he could have gotten through any of this without her. She had been such a good influence on him. She had helped him through so much without asking for anything in return. He took her hand in his - the robotic one and pressed a kiss to it as if it were flesh. A smile lined his features. He could worry about things later. For now, he could enjoy her presence.
"I can never thank you enough for all that you do." he said.

"Wait until I actually solve some cases. You can give me all the hero worship you want then," Yang said with a laugh. Once she was on the Others Unit and was actually helping people, she felt like she could get some praise then. She'd be doing something worthwhile, and it gave her a sense of purpose. Adrien's hand and lips were gentle on her hand. Even though she couldn't really feel from it anymore, she could tell that much. Having a limb with no nerve endings was useful during a fight, but it wasn't very good when it came to this kind of stuff. But, Yang knew that would be a drawback with an arm like this. It would never be exactly like the one she had lost. The pros far outweighed the cons though, and she was happy with it. "You've done a whole lot for me too," she said, snuggling up closer to him. "You helped me get back on my feet. You've given me so much support. You helped get me this." She held up her right arm, flexing her fingers in and out. "You've given me so much. I just want to...give something back, you know?" She knew Adrien, and her friends, had assured her that payback wasn't necessary for all this, but she felt like she couldn't just accept their generosity without giving something in return. That was one of the reasons she wanted to be an officer so badly. She felt like if she accomplished that, then it would show everyone that their support and faith in her had amounted to something good.

"You're going to be a great cop. I can just feel it." Adrien said.
Not only coupled with Yang's determination to protect and her kindness towards others, she was a great person. It was why he liked her so much. She kept him level headed when after his father's death he was numb and then angry. Who knows what could have happened with that anger? It was why he considered himself lucky to have met her. But he supposed they were both good for each other. He liked helping Yang after her run in with Thrax. Even if it was keeping nightmares at bay or paying for a cybernetics to make her a new arm.
"It helps. It really does." he reassured her. "You've kept me grounded through a lot."
The two of them curled up together was something he could get used to. At first, he didn't know what to do with all the touching and the cuddling. His father hadn't been the most 'huggy' of people. Though, now, if he were a real cat, he might actually be purring. He was content and happy and things were starting to look up.

"I hope so. It seems like an awful lot of stuff to learn though," Yang said. "Hopefully, whoever they pair me up with can help me learn it all." Yang still had no idea who that was going to be, but she was trying to remain hopeful that her partner would understand her and help her learn all she needed to know. If all else failed, she could get Aqua and Shadow to help her out. Aqua could talk to whoever was in charge and Shadow...could do his thing, which usually involved glaring or punching in the face. If Yang was honest though, she'd admit that Shadow losing his temper as badly was that didn't happen so much anymore. In a way, she was the same. Both could still be a bit hot-headed, but they'd cooled down a bit in light of recent events. When Adrien mentioned that she'd kept him grounded through all this, she said "You've done the same for me." Sometimes, her depression and anxiety could get so bad that she felt like she was falling down this deep, dark hole. And sometimes, Adrien was the only one that could stop her from falling any further, and even help her out of it sometimes. They comforted each other through all the bad stuff they went through. It was that made their bond unbreakable.

"That's what partners do, right?" he offered.
So perhaps, he wouldn't have to hang up his mask just yet. Yang would need help on the streets. No one could help her better than Chat Noir. His tips alone could help her bring down white collar crimes. He smiled at the thought of surprising her with that. She'd probably roll her eyes, maybe yell at him later but he wanted her as safe on the streets as he wanted her to be safe. He would have to be careful about getting his identity discovered. But that wasn't too hard to do. He had been very careful. The only people who knew him were the people told. Aside from Shadow. Shadow figured things out because he spoke to both Yang and Chat Noir and pieced things together from there.
"Of course. I'd be a terrible boyfriend if I made you sort this stuff out on your own." he said.

"Yeah, hopefully," Yang said. She was sure it would all be fine. She was just worrying about the "what ifs" again like she usually did. Except, instead of worrying about the past, she was worrying about the future. She knew she had be optimistic, but she knew she'd feel better once it was all over and done with. At Adrien's words, she gave a little laugh. "Lucky for me, I found a boyfriend that's far from terrible," she said. Heck, even before she'd fallen for him, before she'd known his true identity, Yang had considered Adrien a close friend. He'd been easy to talk to, and could cheer her up whenever she was feeling down. And as she'd gotten to know him more, she saw his generous heart. Qualities like that weren't found in everyone, and she was lucky to have found them in him.

"Oh, we know there are a few terrible things about me," he joked. "I have meow-sy taste in jokes. But you're the one who fell fur me."
He was trying to make her laugh. It typically worked. His awful cat based puns were what got her to lighten up the first time they met, right? He wrapped both arms around her this time and hugged her tight, in case she tried to flee the room form his horrendous jokes. He was grinning brightly despite himself. But Yang had that sort of air about her. She made him happy without even trying.

"Oh stop it," Yang said, giving him a playful shove as she laughed. Adrien had figured out quickly that puns made her smile, and he seemed to enjoy taking advantage of that. She couldn't deny that she liked it though. She never thought corny jokes would be her thing, but they sounded funny when they came from him. He wrapped his arms around her and she settled against him again, enjoying being so close. Adrien's arms had always felt like a warm blanket, something that could comfort her and protect her at the same time. She felt safe and loved whenever he held her, and it was one of the best feelings.

"But Princess!" he laughed.
She didn't try to get away but he still hugged her close as if she would. They evening might not have gone the way he planned, even with his family drama however, cuddling with her was a nice surprise. He wasn't about to complain - there was a beautiful girl in his arms. He grinned. He pressed a light kiss to her cheek. Yang seemed to be pretty happy. That was all he could ask for the evening and more.

Yang was so comfortable against Adrien, she almost felt like she could fall asleep. That probably wouldn't be the most fun date idea for Adrien though, even if she had a feeling that he'd enjoy watching her sleep. She could notice how much brighter his face became when she smiled or laughed. He felt happy when she was happy, and she could say the same about herself. If Adrien was happy, then so was she. She was quiet for a moment, her fingers idly playing with Adrien's as she rested against him. His earlier worries about Namine and how to meet her seemed to have diminished for now. She felt like there was no point in discussing it further unless he wanted to. There wasn't much more they could do right now, and he probably had to think before deciding on a course of action. She was content to led the matter fade away for the moment so he could relax a bit.

Adrien rested his head on her shoulder. Both of them were quite comfortable where they were. If anything, Yang almost seemed sleepy. He rain a hand through her hair. It made him worry that she wasn't getting enough sleep because of nightmares. But there was only so much he could do for those unless he was there for her to save from them. There were only so many things he could do for her.
"I think most of our dates have ended in us cuddling," he teased.

"It is an enjoyable past-time," Yang admitted. "If you wanna spice things up though, you can put a movie on or something. Didn't you mention wanting to test out this room?" It was pretty cushy, including a big TV screen with state-of-the-art speakers. No doubt the sound and picture quality would be top notch. Granted, Yang wasn't sure how much attention she would pay to the movie. It was hard to pay attention to most things when Adrien was in the room. But it would be enjoyable at the very least. And it'd probably be more fun than sitting in a public movie theater where the tickets were expensive and parents didn't check to see what the movie was rated before bringing their kids along.

"But that means getting up," Adrien pretended to complain.
He heaved a sigh and slowly untangled himself from Yang, as much as he didn't want to. If Yang want to put on a movie, he was hard pressed to tell her no. He turned on the theater system, reaching for some action film that had recently come out. Once the movie was started he went to the popcorn machine and turned it on as well. He brought back the popcorn for her and settled back down beside her. He smiled at her.

"Maybe that's something you should get a butler to do," Yang joked. "They can put in movies and stuff so our snuggling time isn't interrupted." Of course, she knew a task like that would probably be pretty mundane for anyone working here. It'd probably be impractical to implement in real life. Still, it was funny to at least joke about. Adrien soon had an action movie going, and came back with popcorn for the both of them. "Ooo, gotta love the extra buttery kind," she said as she popped a handful into her mouth. Despite living in an abandoned move theater for a couple of years, popcorn had never really been in an abundance. Heck, there wasn't much food leftover at all by the time Yang had found the place abandoned. All that was left was d a fridge and microwave that had taken her a while to get running. Technically, the popcorn machine had still been there, but it had been used as the odd storage space more than anything else.
