"Hmm... Not Robin Hood exactly." Adrien mused. "I'd peg him more as... King Arthur."
A moral and just guy with a sense of humor. He would probably frown on Chat Noir's work. Or try to turn him over to the police at least. He thought Chat was just another hero taking care of the city. Which he did, but not entirely legally. Adrien was going to have to figure out a way to escape the possibly fastest person he ever met from doing just that. For now, it was keeping his nose clean and head down while he played nice with the other super hero. But he wouldn't want to worry Yang with that. He wasn't going to just let himself get unmasked and arrested by just anyone. Yang was another matter entirely, but she deserved to know who he was. She wasn't about to abuse the knowledge.
"Think Shadow would give me time enough to get a betting pool opened for a race?" he joked. "All proceeds can go to charity."

"Oh. So, like a superhero?" Those seemed to only exist in comic books these days, although with all the different powers people had in this city, some of them could probably pass off as one. It would certainly make crime-fighting easy, with super speed and all. This Kid Flash guy could probably catch a dozen of them within the night. At Adrien's joke about getting him and Shadow to race against each other, she laughed. "Might be a little difficult to organize that. I don't know how well cops would favor a superhero." In the comic books, they were always a little wary of superheros, claiming that they were taking justice into their own hands. Heck, they already weren't big fans of Chat Noir, despite the good he did. She wondered how long it would take for the public to become suspicious of Kid Flash. Shadow would probably have no problem with the guy. Others, not so much. Not everyone was as understanding as Shadow was.

"I don't think he's wearing the red and yellow spandex for his health." Adrien said. "But yes, very super hero-like."
Kid Flash lived up to his name. He was fast. He probably took that mugger to the police station and tied him up with a nice little bow like Chat had suggested. Couldn't say that Kid Flash's gifts weren't thoughtful at least. He grinned. Adrien almost felt challenged by it, maybe he should tip the police off to something. To even the playing field. Chat was the being of the night who knew all the dirty dealings of the rich and famous. Those people couldn't help but gloat about how they squashed little people.
"C'mon, it's not entirely impossible." he said.
He warmed up to Shadow and Sunshine after all. More Shadow than Sunshine now that he truly thought about it. A bit of a surprise to him as well. But he and Sunshine stood on some odd ground after he had flirted with her, despite his having stopped.

"Do you know what made him come to Bellerouge?" Yang asked. Was news of the city so bad that Kid Flash felt the need to come here and help out? Or was there some other reason he was here? Yang felt like he couldn't have been here for very long, otherwise she would have heard some of her cop friends mention him. She remembered Shadow and Sunshine bringing up Chat Noir almost as soon as Adrien started sneaking out as him. Then again, Shadow and Sunshine were good at their job. They tended to get information quickly. "If you pull it off, you'll have to organize it. I'm no good at big stuff like that," Yang said. Organizing events and charity drives wasn't her area of specialty, mainly because for the longest time, she was more like those on the receiving end of those things rather than the giving end. Stuff like that was organized to help people who used to be in her situation. Yang still wasn't sure if they were doing a great job, since not everybody got off the streets like her and Moses, but at least people were trying. People like Adrien actually gave a damn and wanted to help out as best they could. That was something she had to give them credit for.

"He didn't really say what brought him here. Just that he was new to town." Adrien shrugged.
Kid Flash seemed nice. As long as he kept his flirty ways away from Yang. He might have been a touch more protective than he would have admitted. He knew it was rather silly. Yang was still tentative about a whole date thing. He didn't want to force her into anything she wasn't ready for. Especially now with things the way they were. He wanted to move at her pace. Let her decide how things went.
"I happen to be good at organizing things. But I can't. Shadow doesn't really know-know me."
Shadow didn't know him as Adrien. No one would attend an event held by Chat Noir - a known criminal. If anything he plan the event as himself but let Yang take credit. But then people would question her and her ability to pull stuff together. Plus, there was no way he was getting her involved in Chat Noir's dirty work.
"I think... I need to stop being 'chat'-ty." He said, trying to hint at his known secret.
Things were getting too risky. He was too tired after working. He almost got Yang killed once. He could give the police all his tools of the trade. His technology and his resources could help them.

Yang just nodded. It looked like whatever reason brought Kid Flash here, he was keeping it to himself. At least he was doing some good though. She had to appreciate that. And if he and Adrien could work together, then even more people could be helped. When Adrien said Shadow didn't really know him, she said "Oh, right." She sometimes forgot that she was the only one who knew Adrien and Chat Noir were the same person. "You ever think of telling anyone else?" she asked. It was kind of special, being the only person who knew. But if Adrien was going to tell anyone, Yang would want it to be someone like Shadow or Sunshine. They wouldn't spill the beans, and it might make working with them easier. But who knew if Adrien was ready for that. Heck, he hadn't planned on Yang finding out. It had just sort of happened by accident.

"You were the only one who ever really needed to know." Adrien shrugged.
Yang had more than proven her trust in Chat Noir. Cinder had her and nearly drowned the young woman all because Yang refused to tell her what the woman wanted to know about the thief. Yang almost died for his secret. Not to mention, if he wanted to be around her, he would have to do it as Adrien. He wanted to be with her. He wanted to treat her right and make her happy. A thief could only do so much. He couldn't show his face to the public with a mask. He couldn't have taken her out like that. Adrien could. Granted he had to be a little more careful, but that was because her confidence was shaken and he didn't want to upset her.

"Yeah, I guess. Otherwise, we'd just have to eat take-out all the time or something," Yang joked. Going out in public with a masked stranger wasn't exactly the smartest thing to do. Even in the past, Yang and Chat had only met at her hideout at night, when there was less of a chance of someone spotting him. As Adrien, they could do the normal stuff that couples did. At least, most of them. They weren't really together, so things like PDA were out of the question. Even Yang had to admit though, it almost felt effortless, being out with him like this. The only anxiety she really felt was trying to keep cool so she wouldn't ruin this. She really wanted it to go well. She felt like if it did, it meant that she was really getting better, and finally making some progress. Before she could say more though, the waiter returned with her order, as well as Adrien's. She had to admit, his phily cheese steak looked a lot more artery-clogging than hers. Still, she was happy with her sandwich once she took a bite of it. "Oh yeah. That's what I call a sandwich," she said with a grin.

"Eating out is all we've done," he pointed out. "And I think that I'm more scared of my lack of cooking prowess than you are."
They had gone out to eat. Twice. He knew for a fact that he didn't trust himself in a kitchen without some sort of professional supervision. He had never had to cook in his entire life. He knew he wouldn't be good at it, without an extraordinary amount of effort on his part. The last thing he wanted to do was make Yang sick. But she really seemed to be enjoying herself so he wasn't about to mess with a good thing. Yang needed this more than he could even put to words. She needed normal and fun and happy.
"So it's good?" he guessed before popping a fry in his mouth.

"Maybe we'll just have to experiment sometime, get a Cooking for Dummies book or something," Yang said. Most of her meals were the frozen variety, and if she made anything herself, it was usually simple, like frozen vegetables thrown in with spaghetti and alfredo sauce. But learning how to do more complicated stuff couldn't be that hard for Adrien, right? It didn't have to look pretty like the stuff on cooking shows. It just had to taste good. Yang couldn't really do much with one hand, but at least Adrien could learn. That could be pretty enjoyable. She gave nod when he asked if her food was good. "It is a step up from fast food," she admitted. "Not quite as greasy." The same probably couldn't be said for Adrien's philly cheese steak, but still. Both of them were treating themselves, in a way. And that was the whole point of this.

"Might be a good idea to invest in a fire extinguisher." he joked.
He didn't have high hopes for his cooking skills. Cooking knowledge simply wasn't something that a model needed to have. But again, Yang had a power over him she didn't know she had. He would try to cook if she asked him to. It made him a little nervous. But between the two of them, they should be able to put together an edible dish, even if it wasn't something five star or caviar encrusted. Oh how he hated caviar. He liked other fish, but caviar was not one of those things.
"Speak for yourself!" he laughed.
He took a hearty bite of his philly cheese steak with a grin.

"Knowing me, Shadow or Sunshine probably have one on stand-by somewhere," Yang said. She could get pretty explosive sometimes back in the day, when she was angry. And when she got mad, her fire powers tended to react. It was different from people like Sunshine, whose powers worked differently. Her healing powers never acted up when she got angry or scared. Even if they did, what was the worst that could happen? Yang had seen the devastation her powers could cause, and she was determined never to lose control like that again. "Maybe you could get more of your fangirls to let their diets go if they see you do it," she joked. "I mean, they see a picture of you with some fried chicken and they'll all want to get their hands on some." Fans could have a mentality like that. Their favorite celebrity did something, they immediately copied them. And Adrien's fans did seem to have that kind of mentality.

"Your 'fiery' personality is what I like best." he teased.
It might have been a pun, but it wasn't a lie either. She might have had fire powers, he might have thought her extremely attractive, but it was her personality that won him best. She was determined and strong, unyielding sometimes. Yang was like a fire and Adrien was the poor moth being drawn to the flame. Probably couldn't escape even if he tried. Not that he was actually fighting the pull that hard. He would happily burn up if it meant being around her for just a few seconds longer.
"And see my father, my nutritionist and the makeup team all have a stroke at once? I might have a body count after something like that." he laughed.
He waggled a French fry at her, dangling it between them, scolding her with it though playful in his gesture. His fans were kind of crazy. They would do anything to be near him. Which was why Yang had another positive point in her book. She didn't like him for his wealth and his power. She liked him for him.

"Some might also say it's my downfall," Yang said. More than once, her hot-headedness had gotten her into trouble. Several times when she was living on the streets, if somebody pissed her off or tried to hurt her kids, she'd never hold back. Most of the time, the outcome was in her favor. But there were those times when she acted too rashly and just got herself into more trouble than when she started, like when she had first met Pitch. And, in her mind, acting too rashly was what had cost her her arm. Thraz had goaded her, and she had fallen for it, hook, line, and sinker. If she hadn't lost her temper so easily, things might have turned out different. It was a question that still kept her up at night. Sometimes, she just couldn't help but imagine the "what ifs," what might have happened if she had just done things differently. She knew it was pointless to agonize over it, since she couldn't change the past, but her mind tended to do it anyway. Logic wasn't important to it right now, especially when she was upset. Her attention was brought back by Adrien's laugh, commenting about how everyone he knew would probably have a heart attack if he posed with some fast food. She gave a sigh. "Sheesh. They need to loosen up and live a little," she muttered before biting into her sandwich.

"I suppose," he mused. "But it also makes you passionate about something you stand for. It gives you a determination where you won't back down. I'm a little jealous. You get to live life differently than I do simply because you can say no."
She had the backbone to say no. Adrien had a life of groomed complacency. He had to do what his father wanted. Everything was for the best of the company. Adrien's happiness counted for very little in the matter. He was happiest with Yang, Sunshine and Shadow. Even if he did put up the mask soon, he wanted to be around them because they had become his friends. Though if he could only pick Yang or Sunshine and Shadow, he would be more inclined to spend more time with Yang. Even if he was fighting to get her to perk back up, slowly.
"You could teach them a thing or two." he teased.
