Sunshine and Aqua agreed that not only should Yang go, but all themselves and all their partners should as well. Seeing so many Others Unit members might intimidated him, and that would make him relinquish information all the faster. Heck, Pitch could probably make him talk with just one look. He had a knack for that sort of thing. Aqua suggested Yang ring him up to let him know what was going on. She wasn't sure where her partner would be, but he'd probably respond to a text faster than a phone call. She quickly wrote one up, pressing the SEND button as she tossed her hair out of her eyes. "If Pitch has any Nightmares in the area, he may send them in for back-up. Or to at least observe what's going on," she said. The horses were practically Pitch's eyes and ears all over the city. They'd keep an eye on things until he met up with them. Yang looked back at Elsa before saying "We'll send you an update when we can. Promise." Technically, lawyers probably didn't need to know what was going on until the bad guys were caught, but Elsa was close to Weiss. Any updates on when her friend would be found would put her at ease.

"Or maybe the Nightmares already beat us there," Sunshine muttered bitterly. This wasn't out of spite for the demon, but more an envy of the demon. His nightmares Pitch sent out were making night shifts obsolete and given that beginner cops like herself, and maybe Yang, but she didn't ask yet, didn't get paid much, it was a bit of a letdown. Security at Nevermore was her second high-end pay, and while it made her double job easier, it did feel strange relying on her parents for an income like a spoiled brat asking for an allowance. She paused back to grab her things. "Oh, and thanks for the food, on behalf of both our stomachs and our wallets."
"And your minds," Elsa chirped in. "We need to have more girl time." In a very gender binary community, having one of one gender was tricky. Elsa had been lucky about all of this too. She smiled widely as Yang thanked her, followed by Sunshine. At least they were grateful for the food, and it made her pleased that Yang saw the concern about Weiss. She left behind them, leaving only a few crumbles and brewed caffeine behind. ((end thread))
